Before booking your private transfer, it’s normal to have questions. In this section, we help you clear up the most common doubts about our service — from how to book and cancel, to the vehicles we offer and how we handle flight delays. Bookings and Cancellations
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability of the ideal vehicle, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you need a last-minute transfer, we’ll do our best to assist you on the spot whenever possible.
How is a booking confirmed?
After submitting your request, you’ll receive an automatic email. The booking is only considered confirmed once our team contacts you via WhatsApp or phone.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before the service. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved amount.
Can I book a round trip?
We track your flight in real time using a specialized app. If there are any schedule changes, we adjust the service accordingly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.


Vehicles, Capacity, and Extras
What type of vehicles do you offer?
We operate with high-end Mercedes vehicles: E-Class, S-Class, Vito, and Viano. All equipped to provide maximum comfort and safety.
How many passengers can travel?
Up to 8 passengers per trip, depending on the assigned vehicle model.
What luggage is included?
Included is 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per person. If you have additional luggage, please let us know so we can arrange the necessary space.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes. The first baby seat is free. From the second one onward, a surcharge of €5 per seat applies.
Payment Methods and Terms
When is the service payment made?
Payment is made at the end of the trip, unless you prefer to pay in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card payments (including American Express), Bizum, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No. All prices are fixed and include taxes and tolls. Any optional extras (such as additional seats) are communicated in advance.


Special Services
Do you offer transfers outside Málaga or Andalusia?
Yes. We offer transfers to any destination in Spain with prior booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If there are changes to your arrival time, we adjust the pickup at no extra cost.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, you can bring your pet free of charge, as long as you inform us when booking.
Do you offer services for events, corporate clients, or excursions?
Yes. We provide personalized transfers for weddings, events, corporate clients, and private excursions to destinations such as Ronda, Granada, Marbella, and more.
